The more simple is to take the L1, the red line, and to get out at Plaça Espanya station.
However, if you are going to Gran Via M2, you will have a few hundred meters to walk to get to your final destination.

The public transport in Barcelona offers you the possibility to come to the Fira Barcelona by Bus. The bus service is very slow in Barcelona, but as opposed to the tube, buses depend on the traffic. If you are coming to Barcelona by train and you want to go directly to the Fira Barcelona without going to the city centre, you just have to stop at Sants station, which is near Montjuic centre of the Fira.
