Procedure
Inscription
• Please, fill in the inscription form and enter as many details as possible of your flat.
• Feel free to send us pictures of your flat (up to 6). If you don't have any, we will contact you soon to see the flat and take some pictures of it. Note, that the pictures are very important, because tourists want to see the flat before booking.
• The availability of your flat is according to your needs. Please, let us know as soon as possible if any changes occur.
Advertising
•
Once we receive all the information about your flat, we are ready to advertise it on our web site.
• We will be your direct contact with the customers.
Booking
•
As soon as we receive a booking, we will ask for a pre-payment to confirm the booking.
• We will inform you about the booking terms and conditions.
To rent
• At the check-in, the customer will pay the balance in cash and is aware that he needs to give a deposit (to your discretion).
• At the check-out you will have to refund the deposit. We suggest you to check your flat condition first.
