On arrival you will find towels in the bathroom(s) and sheets on every bed. This service is included in the final price which you will be quoted with the booking confirmation.

How much do I pay to definitely book the apartment?
To make sure we can keep the apartment for you, we ask you to pre-pay 25% of the total booking amount.

When shall I pay the rest of the booking fee?
You will have to pay the rest of the price (the remaining 75%), in cash, to the person who welcomes you on your arrival at the apartment.

What is the guarantee deposit?
The guarantee deposit is an amount of money that you have to pay in cash to the owner of the apartment. This money will only be used if you break or damage anything in the apartment during your stay. On your departure, we will verify the state of the apartment and if everything is OK, you will receive a full refund. If there are damages, the owner will retain part or all of this deposit.

Do I really have to pay the cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee is obligatory. This is for a professional cleaning after your departure, to prepare the apartment for the next client.

Is there a cleaning service during our stay in the apartment?
No, the cleaning fee is for the final cleaning of the apartment.
For long term rentals, we can put you in touch with a professional cleaner.

How and when will I get the keys?
If you are coming to Barcelona by train, car or coach, please call us 1 hour before your arrival. If you are arriving by plane, please call us on your arrival at Barcelona's or Girona's airport. We will then estimate your arrival time and arrange for you to be welcomed with your keys, in front of your apartment's building.

When can I enter, and when shall I leave the apartment?
Entries must be between 9am and 9pm.
Departure must be before 12 noon. If you cannot leave on time due to circumstances beyond your control, please call us immediately. We will try to offer the flexibility of letting you stay a little longer, if we do not have another client arriving on the same day.

Who will welcome me at the apartment?
On your arrival, the owner of the apartment or a member ofour team will welcome you. We only work with people we really can trust in, to ensure your stay is a pleasurable one.

Are there extra charges for the gas, electricity or water?
There is no extra charge. The price we indicate to you is the total price for your stay.

Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, depending on which apartment you choose, the minimum stay may be of 3 nights (short term rental apartments) to 1 month (long term rental apartments).

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel the booking with at least 30 days notice, you will receive 90% of the deposit back. If you cancel the booking with less than 30 days notice, we will keep the deposit to cover our administration charges.

Does the price include any meal?
There is no meal included in the apartment price, neither is the breakfast. We don't offer this kind of service. However all the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and are generally situated close to food stores.

Why should I choose an apartment over a hotel?
By choosing an apartment, you will get more independence and freedom during your stay. An apartment will allow you to experiment the real spanish lifestyle.
Apartments in Barcelona are cheaper than hotels, and more practical. If you are travelling with family or friends, the apartment will allow you to be really together during your stay.

Is there a special price for children?
Children aged under 3 years don't have to pay to stay in our apartments, so long as they don't occupy an additional bed.

What documentation is needed to make a booking?
When booking by phone, our agent will inform you of all the documents you will have to send by fax. Usually you'll need at least an official identification document (passport/national identity card for european citizens).

Can I bring pets to the apartment?
Some of the owners allow the clients to bring their animals in the apartment. However, as the animal may cause more damages in the apartment, those owners usually ask for a 10 €/day supplement. In that case, we would inform you at the moment of your booking.
